Feta & Herb-Crusted Salmon: Salmon might seem like a difficult task to many of you, but don’t worry! We’re here with an easy process just for you. Handling individual skillets can be tough, so we have covered a fish with toppings on a pan. Just take a foil-lined tray, lay your salmon over it, add toppings, and bake for 25 minutes, and you’re good to go.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 lb large salmon fillet 

  • 3/4 tsp kosher salt

  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper

  • 1/4 c mayonnaise

  • 1 1/2 c crumbled feta

  • 1/4 c chopped fresh parsley

  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill

  • 1 tsp finely grated lemon zest

  • 1 piece clove garlic, finely chopped

  • 2-3 pieces Lemon wedges, for serving

  • Cooking spray

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F. Take a baking sheet, cover it with foil, and spray cooking spray over it.
  • On the sheet, place the salmon, with the flesh side facing upwards.
    Sprinkle salt and pepper as per taste.
    On the flesh side, spread mayonnaise.
  • Take a bowl and mix the feta, dill, lemon zest, garlic, and parsley together. 
    Spread the mixture over the mayonnaise on the salmon.
  • Bake it for 25 minutes in the oven until it is well cooked. Test it with a fork to see if it easily flakes or not.
    On a plate, garnish it with lemon wedges and enjoy.
