  • Add garlic, 1/2 teaspoon salt, some oil, and some black pepper to a small bowl and mix together.

  • Place 2 mushrooms, dome side up, in the air fryer basket.
    At 400°, cook them, and during half the side, keep the domed side downwards until tender; it’ll take around 8–9 minutes.
  • After air-frying, remove the mushrooms, fill them with half the cheese and half the tomatoes, and sprinkle some salt over them.
    At 400°, continue cooking for 2–3 minutes until the cheese melts, golden spots form, and the tomatoes are softened.
