– 3 tbsp butter, divided – 1 lb 80% lean ground beef – Kosher salt – Freshly ground black pepper – mushrooms, sliced – 1 piece garlic clove, minced – 1 c low-sodium beef stock or bone broth – 4 oz cream cheese – 1⁄2 c sour cream – 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce – 2 tsp Dijon mustard – 1⁄2 tsp paprika – 1 pinch Finely chopped parsley for garnish

Step 1

Take a skillet, heat it on medium heat, and melt 1 tablespoon of butter in it. Add ground beef and season with salt and pepper. Stir for about 10 minutes until it is well cooked. Transfer the beef to a plate.

In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and the mushrooms, keeping the heat on medium. Add salt and pepper as per taste, and add garlic. Let them cook for a minute

Add the cooked beef back into the skillet, add the mushroom mix to it, and stir. On a platter, serve the beef and mushroom mix over cauliflower rice. Use parsley to garnish the dish.
